# Bunker Talk: Let’s Chat About All The Stories We Did And Didn’t Report On This Week

We had no lack of major news headlines to post this week. To say the military and geopolitical [situation is heating up](<https://www.twz.com/28529/japanese-ship-owner-disputes-u-s-claims-about-tanker-attack-as-fears-of-conflict-loom.md>) in the Middle East [would be an understatement](<https://www.twz.com/28534/iran-tried-to-shoot-down-u-s-reaper-drone-near-tankers-hours-before-attacks-report.md>). Yet so many questions remain as to what Iran's objectives and end game would be for blasting holes in transitting tankers. So much else happened this week, as well, including [President Trump unveiling](<https://www.twz.com/28506/president-trump-just-unveiled-his-new-air-force-one-paint-job.md>) his controversial new paint job for Air Force One and a flurry of [F-35 stories hit](<https://www.twz.com/28488/f-35-hit-with-cluster-bomb-of-damning-reports-as-dod-eyes-full-rate-production.md>) from *Defense News*. We also found out that the Joint Strike Fighter may [finally get external fuel tanks](<https://www.twz.com/28515/lockheed-eyes-giving-f-35s-more-gas-with-drop-tanks-and-thats-a-very-good-thing.md>) that it could really use to its advantage. Then there was a [new look at Area 51](<https://www.twz.com/28522/new-video-of-area-51-provides-the-most-recent-look-into-the-secret-flight-test-base.md>) and we got clarification [from a Navy Super Hornet pilot](<https://www.twz.com/28453/navy-f-a-18-pilot-shares-new-details-about-ufo-encounters-during-middle-east-deployment.md>) who was involved with encounters with UFOs at home and in the Middle East in 2014 and 2015. There was even a [*John Wick Chapter Three: Parabellum* review](<https://www.twz.com/28441/i-deserve-to-have-my-ass-kicked-by-john-wick-for-not-taking-his-movies-seriously.md>) that did remarkably well.

These were just some of the stories *The War Zone* covered over the last seven days. Still, there was a ton of stuff we just couldn't get to, but it's not too late!
